Our Background
FAL is a design led architectural practice established by Ainsley Foster in 2016 to provide a creative, contextual and collaborative approach to high quality residential, commercial and leisure projects in East Anglia and beyond.
Ainsley, a fully qualified architect, has 15 years experience in the industry and has successfully designed and delivered complex refurbishment and new build projects in the UK, across Europe, the middle East and Africa. Prior to founding FAL he spent 8 years working in Cambridge & London across multiple sectors most notably as lead designer on diplomatic headquarters in London and Paris.
His approach to architecture is to create a building that is appropriate to the particular circumstances of each project; whether it be contemporary, traditional or the careful restoration of a historic building the route will depend on the local context, brief, culture and climate.
